On Friday 4th October 2024, RISE celebrated its first birthday. We were joined by both the women we support, as well as a variety of professionals from different services. Thank you to everyone who came and made it such a special day.
During the day, we heard stories from women we support about their experiences with RISE. These were very moving and spread the message about the work we do. We also looked at the impact and growth that RISE has had over the past year. This includes:
- Over 130 women across Lincolnshire had been supported
- 6 different pop up locations developed
- 83% women reported overall improvement across all areas of support
- 72% improvement in interpersonal relationships that were increasing stress
These figures help to demonstrate how much the service has grown over the year and we cannot wait to keep growing and expanding.
We are so proud of all we have achieved together as a community of women over the last year. Behind each of our statistics is the story of a woman who was brave enough to reach out and start on her journey with us, professionals that were prepared to work in new ways and team members who have created, innovated and supported women to find their own voices.
