Treating Women with Kindness, Compassion and Respect

Our Mission

Is to offer women in Lincolnshire a space where they can improve their wellbeing and live the life they want through tailored support to increase their skills and confidence, reduce isolation and help them access the services they need.

We want every woman in Lincolnshire to feel valued and empowered to live their lives in a healthy and safe way, no matter where they started or what path they take to get there.

Our Aim

We aim to create a culture where whole systems work together effectively to reach out to the most vulnerable women across the county and support them to access the care and help they need. We believe all women benefit from this approach, but we will increase community efforts to support women leading chaotic lives, women at risk of homelessness, women affected by domestic and childhood abuse and those in contact with the criminal justice system through their own actions or the actions of others.

We will:

Our Values

Kindness, Compassion and Respect

We believe that by demonstrating our core project values we can support women to treat themselves with kindness, live with compassion and show respect for themselves and others.
By doing this, we will support women to be come resilient, informed, supported and empowered.

We support all women, no matter what circumstances or challenges they face.
Our support is available to all women regardless of age, ethnicity or religion.
Non stereotyping
We recognise that women of all backgrounds may need help to overcome barriers towards living a safe and healthy life.
We support the whole person to assess and address their needs and work towards their life goals. We don’t just focus on one issue, we work with women for as long as they need our support. We are also able to offer a variety of volunteering opportunities for women who feel that their need is to give something to their community.
We never turn a woman in need away, and we don’t give up unless a woman says she is ready. We will refer women to other appropriate services providers to offer the support if we can’t help, and we will always prioritise safeguarding.
We look for new and innovative ways of supporting our clients and for new partnerships and ways of working. We firmly believe that where more than one avenue of support is needed we should work alongside a woman and the rest of her support structure.
