Mental Health May Workshop

Women RISE are running a series of 4-week workshops as part of their Focus Friday groups. In honour of Mental Health Awareness week (May 12th-18th), this month’s work shop will be focussing on Mental Health. The 4-week workshops will cover:

  • Introduction to Mental Health, Anxiety and Low Mood
  • Personal Stories and Strategies
  • Overview of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Coffee and Consolidation.

These sessions will be from 11:30-13:00pm at the Women RISE Centre and will begin on Friday 2nd May. Please get in touch if you are wanting to attend.
